***PROGRAM OVERVIEW*** 

Our program begins with you completing TheBodyRecipe(™) lifestyle fitness questionnaire. This will allow your coach to begin to build your custom body plan prior to your start date so no time is wasted. 

You and your lifestyle fitness coach will meet live via telephone or Zoom to plan, organize, and create healthy lifestyle strategies to work for you. This is a custom-designed program, NOT a one size fits all “off-the-shelf” solution. We take you through various stages of building a “Fit Body Lifestyle” starting at the ground floor. 

This program is unlike anything on the market today. Our goal is for you to become totally independent when it comes to your health & fitness. We want to create a society of fit-conscious individuals who can easily and effortlessly manage their own lives. 

No one cares more about your good health than you should, but we all need some direction at times and that’s why “TheBodyRecipe (™)” was created.

How Much Is The Jump-Start Consultation? How Long?

$150  / 45 minutes

What Happens During The Consultation?

During the consultation, we will discuss the information you provided on TheBodyRecipe(™) questionnaire and begin to discuss potential body optimization strategies based on your goals. The consultation is designed to give you a starting point with some immediate actions you can take to start the custom body design process. However, it’s not going to give you the ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments that the full coaching program will provide. 

How Long Is The Full Body Recipe Custom Body Coaching Program?

The full program is 12 weeks long and it includes weekly support and accountability. During the 12-week program, your coach will work with you side-by-side to learn more about your unique lifestyle habits, challenges, professional work environment, and family infrastructure. Each of these components MUST be addressed in some fashion in order to develop a complete “fail-proof” lifestyle fitness system. Everything matters when it comes to building and maintaining a strong healthy body for life. 

What Is The Investment For The Full Coaching Program?

$79 per week, Paid In Full = $950

Can I Enroll At Any Time?

NO. The full coaching program is only available for enrollment in the Spring (March-June) & Fall (Sept-Oct)
